haha judging by the way this one is making the mrs stocmach move... its gunna be the same!!

i like that its one hand fold and the mrs can lift it easily (she is only tiny)

Haha... yeah Megan ain't that big either... but she is still strong... LOL!

One handed opening is good. I had a similar 4 wheeler when baby needed it, but now she is walking, and the stroller is just so we can move faster when we go shopping... LOL!

When's the little one due?

Due the 27th of Sept.. so could be any time from now on really!

i think i will be happy with either... Nik's is a great price, and modded tastefully which saves me the expense and quite frankly the hassle... i do think an exhaust and tune will be done down the track... but not any time soon...

i was more concerned that if i got the GT and having been used to Billies and STI running gear in the B4... would i really feel anything different...

but seems as i wont... so anyhow... gotta wait to see the OBK

So the GT has gone by the wayside... if we can sort out something, Nik and i will meet up and check out his OBK...

but i have stumbled across this. with 8k trade... its got a few km but service history will tell...

it also has a tow bar, which look crap, but also makes me wonder how much stuff was towed, and how much stress has been added to the brakes and rear suspension, et al...

http://www.carsales..../?Cr=10&sdmvc=1

but it sure looks tidy, and would fit the bill...

Just buy Nik's one!

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Ive driven the gt,3.0rb and have a 2.5sti lib. all gen4's are just excellent cars out of the box.

Nik, i can find ur car, can u link it?

Honestly, i always buy turbos because my mod bug is a full on virus now, but the 3litres go nice for a subaru NA motor.

Never worry about brakes or suspension, there cheap and easy to replace, and are both consumables on cars, they just dont last.

If its a family car, and kids will be in it i dare say you wont be modding it too much, so having a turbo base to chase power isnt really necissary.

Interior's are both sexy, sunroofs are great, nice gauges stock etc.

Comes down to price, colour preference and "if" your gonna mod it alot, and what the missus thinks of the driving position.

Gen4's have dropped in price which is nice for buyers, bad for us owners ;)

Cheers mate, I won't be chasing big power, I had enough power with the b4... Reckon some more torque would be nice from the h6. But 180kw is more than enough... Just want piece of mind acceleration and overtaking. And yeah it's gunna be the family/my car. Which doubles or perhaps triples as my work car also( newspaper photographer for those that don't know) so it's gotta be comfortable and enjoyable, which I think both will... It's gunna come down to ride quality on the less than average roads around here.... But it's an appealing machine, gtb r brakes and hid's and a few other lil touches... So I guess tomorrow will see... If that fails, a trade on the wagon linked above might be the go... Fuckin choices!!

+1. Whichever Gen IV you go with, you will not be disappointed as already evident by the comments made in this topic and all around the forum. ;)

I drove Nik's today... she has some poke lemme say!!! no issues with torque at all... WA Police had it once, so its been tuned...

but sadly its way too low and sporty... took Nik on my Daily ( sometimes 3x daily commute, and couple of the bumps and train lines woulda seen bub in the front with me... or being a projectile vommit machine... so its up to perth to look at the other one...

H6 guys... tell me what a 200k service is worth... and also anyone from WA tell me about Rego... as its due soon, and at 195k its due for one if it hasnt already had it... so leverage be my friend at the moment...

Can't you just put the standard suspension back in to remedy the height issue?? Would be cheaper then a 200k service by far.

Hi,

I could get it changed over pre-sale.

But I'm not exactly desperate to sell.

It was really awesome catching up with you today anyway, made for a nice Sunday morning.

Cheers,

Nik
