Toyota chaser is an awesome car around that range as well. Import one yourself and it'll be even cheaper

Is importing a R34 GT-T a good idea or is buying locally always going to be cheaper?

Buy one locally.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Awesome cars. I owned one just before the Stagea.

Cheap to get parts for, and well easy to get 300kw atw on an unopened engine. Simple bolt ons will get you to that mark with ease.

Id1000 injectors
Z32 Afm
Precision 5657s
3.5turbo back custom exhaust
Turbo smart 38mm gate
Nistune computer
2+ 044 fuel pumps

That set-up will net you around 450hp @ wheels.

Haha, yeah, that's Daniels car from SkylinesAustralia. Good bloke. I've been following his thread for a while now, excellent results.

Couldn't fit all my film gear, plus wanted a change of car. It done EPIC skids but.

Lol skids. That's a very expensive hobby, would love to take it to the track and drift a little bit. I've watched all the fast and furious instructional videos, I'm ready!
