Yo Morg, also having a child might lower your borrowing power, since the child is another dependent...

 

Isn't that only if I want to borrow the maximum? If I have a 20% deposit, I can borrow the full 80%...

Yeah, thats true... I just meant it does effect your maximum borrowing capacity. So if you got the loan before the child, say the banks offered you $500k, after the child, they'd only offer you like $450k... but it wouldn't matter to you if you only needed like $300k anyway... it just effects your max...

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Because that is where Nik lives and where his winery/brewery/distillery is located :)

Which is where the event takes place.

 

It pretty much isn't just another boring as bat shit car event... its a weekend of cool shiz.
