youv got it the wrong way round Morgz. Your body stores fat for when it doesnt have food. No food= body uses its fat stores. When that runs out, it gets to work on your muscle.
calories in----> calories out.
Put in less than you use, and you'll lose fat.
I eat fuckloads (+ Beer) but i burn a shit load running around all day.
