There will always be an initial loss if you start missing meals. And if you stop eating altogether, of course you will disappear into nothing!

But as Gary better articulated, eating smaller portions, more often is a very big factor in weight loss/healthier lifestyle.

I've seen the results!

Ha. In my HJs coma I read it backwards.

Anyway, I've seen the results first hand from people who have spent a long time studying it.

I actually meant what Morgs has described. I've edited the post. Many lighter meals as opposed to fewer larger meals is a significant factor when it comes to weight loss and health.

Obviously exercise is a huge factor as well. I work outdoors and in the construction industry. I can eat anything I want cause I know that the work I do is exercise enough to burn it all off. If I ate as much as I do and worked in an office and didn't exercise, I'd be one fat mofo.

You're welcomes. :)

I'm pretty sure exercise is the major factor. You can eat anything you want, but if you don't exercise, you're 'gorn get fat'.

So... didn't have Subway... friend was craving Nandos... and well... its Wednesday... chicken day... so was awesome

Extra hot was nice... but could've been hotter..

AMS, I usually just have a decent lunch, and a relatively light dinner... no breakfast...

I think I could stand to lose some weight... but Megan doesn't think so... she likes me as I am...

So I bought her some hand-made chocolates from the boutique store outside side... then I will have all the secs

Hahaha yeah that stuff is pushing into India hey..

Have you seen the ad where the chick is sitting all miserable because her husband doesn't want to go near her black snatch and then she gets some of that cream and it shows a cartoon of some skin getting lighter - then there is much rejoicing and presumably sexy time.

Honestly, how do they come up with that shit for real!

@ Pete - what would you recommend using to cut Railway sleepers?  i.e.  what type of saw?  Circular, Chain?  Im looking to buy, but may end up hiring.  Depends on the repeat usefulness of said saw.  Hiring is well expensive, but if im not likely to use it again, its the better option.

Sig worthy.
