Give android task killer a go. Also uninstall all the bloat ware that you can off the phone.

Tried a few of these, I'll give this one a shot as I just had to restart the damn phone twice as it just kept freezing

Also when it comes to apps just have the bare essentials. Nothing more than you need in day to day use.

Oh man... my phone is packed with crappy useless apps... need to clean it up... but meh... should upgrade my phone at christmas time anyway...

Yep. CES is the big one in Jan and then in Feb there is a just phone show in Barcelona. Can't remember the name of it.

Task killers smash battery. Background apps just spend the whole time restarting their own processes which take cpu which uses power.

Just get a faster phone Ash, market is flooded with Galaxy S3's right meow and they are still great phones if you get rid of the Samsung shit (ie. CyanogenMod)
