Maybe everyone else is doing their job properly but you are reading it all wrong? :P

Some nasty fires burning near Taree apparently, blocking the highway in both directions... not good when you have strong winds cranking.

Wow.

If we have an accident in a company vehicle. We have I pay the excess.

If we damage something, e.g a vehicle. Even accidentally. We have to pay for the repairs.

Basically if we stuff something up. We have to to pay for the mistake.

fork this place.

Hate idiots....

Welcome to reality then

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

You'll end up hating everyone then.

Just make sure you're doing your job properly and make sure the boss is aware of other people's incompetency and that's all you can do.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Would that not be the case anywhere?

Doesn't sound that outlandish to expect employees to pay the excess on a crash that is their fault.

Maybe I have the shits and I'm over reacting.

Dependant on the situation of course, but if it is a genuine accident that has occurred while I'm driving to do a job for work, shouldn't the risk fall on the employer?

I've never had to sign an agreement that states that they can deduct those costs from my pay.

That's what I would think, we are covered no matter if we are at fault or not

Reality Blows...

Yeah... I do my work ok. but the boss has it in for me, since I'm not a dev... anyway... hope to get out of here sometime...

Thing I hate about people who don't do their job properly if that I have to stick around and clean up their mess... so I get home stupidly late...

Oh well, rant over... I must stop drinking tea at work...
