Man I forget the last time o got to crank up the home stereo. Since having kids probably so thats 5.5years! Rarely get the opportunity to be home alone these days.
i think everyone likes to think their car would be going to an owner that will have the same love for it as you did. But in reality, once its sold, and youve got the money, what happens to it from there is irrelavant. you'll be on to something new to love and thats all that really matters.
I'll tell you the worst thing though. When you have a car that you love, baby, and maintain, then give it to your wife who does none of those things. Then slowly over time you see it deteriorate into "just another car". Man I feel sad when I drive our Foz these days. Its got so many dents, scratches, forking rubbish (this is a major source of argument in our house) through the interior, kids toys (see rubbish) and strange noises that dont get brought to my attention when they first appear. Plus when I say I want to spend half a day on the weekend cleaning it, I get rolled eyes, and grief for not spending time with the family.
