Looks awesome, mate. Also looks like you were patient and let her rest for long enough before chowing down!

:)

Probably around 8 mins. I was so forking happy with it man. It's the first roast I've done where I haven't stressed the fork out, taken way too long to cook and cut into it and seeing it exactly how I want.

Meat probe, best $8 ever spent

My only complaint is the fat wasn't seared enough, but I just can't get my stove hot enough. Really considering hooking up gas next year

Adam, a good quality skillet will go a long way in helping you in that regard.
Its amazing the heat my cuisinart one holds compared to the cheap non stick ones I had - same element and same foods and I'll use two heat levels lower for it at least.

JOSH LOOK AT THE SNOW CAMS. OMG

Also my skillet is a Raco brand which I think is good quality? I'm thinking of just putting a gas burner on my BBQ to cook with pans outside if I wanted to

With the disposable bottles?

I have the proper camping stoves with a grill. Never thought to use it! I don't think it would get much hotter, as the burners are quite small.

I want to build a new stand for the BBQ, so I could incorporate the burner into it!

Can you just be Australian about it and call it a fuckin' frypan?

Yes

On an electric element I think a Scanpan might yield you better even results.

I've actually got a cast iron skillet that I would love to bring into the kitchen.

But it would probably kill my cooktop.

And right, Josh!!!

If i didn't have $150 in my account I would be heading down there this weekend!!!
