I know, so far over due haha :/
That sounds like a fantastic idea!
BUT, only if it's poly urethane; I don't want to buy the hard, brittle plastic for that price... Don't worry, says "PU Plastic" in the description, so as long as we get a written confirmation from the seller beforehand, I'm in -I'm just getting my tax return in the next couple days so that'll be niiiace!
Do the genuine lips have screw points or any of the like? The description says it comes with double sided tape, will that suffice!? I've had bad experiences with things only held on with double sided tape -namely the B4 rear splitters you sold me ages ago, Chris
I also think I need side skirts to properly match the lip, do you have em chris? And the rear pods are tempting also!
I'm afraid that credit must go to Cam!
I'll msg him and find out... But might have to wait til next week for my next pay...

it wasnt half the front, such over exaggeration. just a small piece of the front of the car, and maybe a bit of the back. and perhaps we werent displaying the numberplate correctly. it wasnt that bad!
Oh yeah!
had to bring it up haha

Might give a go with black plastidip first if its shit ill give it go myself with some red i got at home and if thats crap I know a panel beater in greenacre

I like the idea of the plastidip. Will definitely suit yours.. Mine? Hmmm I could try it out first & then paint when I decide to put the effort in. Or just do it to begin with..
Have you seen this foz?.. Looks pretty good TBH. Inspiration?
Additionally; I just noticed that there seems to be two different versions of the front lip.
One is completely square such as this; or like the red one above
Whereas the ebay one has a .... modification, near the wheel, and in the front of the fog light. a different angle..
You see the difference?... Which is better!?

It's different for a suby, or a forester.. Could find some inspiration somewhere in there down the track..

Personally i like the newer style one as i looks more 1 piece and the other looks like its a 2 piece even though it is a 1 piece...
Also the new style curves straight down as where the other curves back in then flattens kinda defeats the purpose of squaring off the front...
See the difference
New
Old

Not displaying numberplates

fine was $99, no demerit points (thank fork!) was classed as a defect for missing front and rear bar and front number plate. cop said he should have given us a $300 fine with 3 points for not displaying number plates but let us off. good bloke! was all of a 20 minute drive

Well that was definitely lucky the cop had a soft side hey!

So as per a thread that I'm sure most of you missed, my boss drove his missus new Swift to work about 2 weeks ago, was late, didn't put it in gear, and failed to put the f*cking hand brake on enough, and what resulted was this.
Walking up alongside the wall, on the right of the picture, I thought originally that I'd been parked in, but alas; worse was to come...
Still in the lazy process of doing something about it, the photo is shit quality obviously; so some of the damage is not quite visible due to that horrible exposure, but overall, it's not THAT bad.
It also popped off some clips on the bumper on the passenger side of the car, and scratched a small section of the edge of the tailgate, from the bumper being pushed in that direction.
Change in topic, Here's something more pleasant to view.
Taken at an old brewery in Mittagong.
these are just phone pictures, took a small amount on my sisters DSLR, but I'll get round to them later. Definitely need to get back down there soon, I spent too much time exploring the building itself. And plus, the rain was on and off, rotating almost every 20 minutes.

Nice photos and sucks to see the damage man. It doesn't look insanely bad anyway so I'm sure you'll be able to get it fixed up soon enough. That last pic looks like a ghost photo, I assume it was the effect you were trying to achieve?
