I work in Box Hill, but live near the footy oval on Canterbury Rd.

Maybe I could drop by your work on my way home?

Keen for a listen!!

Yep that’d be fine. Im only there Monday/ Wednesday this week, and between 8:30-5pm. So if that suits, send me another PM and we’ll organise something

Clayed, buffed, polished and waxed today. Paint looks smick- just in time for summer!

The semi’s tread looked badass, but the bead protector on the potenza’s and the fact that they look like a wider tyre is even better!

Such a good tyre.

Bloody oath. I had them on my car before they were worn out and I sold my rims. Awesome tyre.

Looking good mate.

What size tyres are you running?

I'm assuming 235/40?

Correct.

Genome’s installed this afternoon- A big thanks to Mark for organising them.
Bolted up perfectly, some WD40 on the hangers and half an hour was all it took. The right muffler hanged perfectly, the left took some tweaking but i will correct it further with steel hose clamps instead of cable ties.

First impressions... love the look of them, it makes the rear of the car look so0 much PHatter than before.
And the sound... way different! The Hitech quads made their noise between idle and 5000rpm, almost silent above that.
The Genomes are silent from idle to 3000, and from then up till red line they scream! Overall i think they’re quieter than the Hitechs in terms of maximum Db.
They aren’t as flat sounding as the Hitechs... “screamier” is the only way to describe the comparison. Although when they get hot, they sound pretty similar and gain some more noise.

Low quality vid...
The exhaust is really hot so its a bit louder and deeper at idle than what it normally sounds like.

Saw it at Pedders today. Didn't realsise it had the Muffs on! I can personally attest to the sound of this car (Hitechs). Have left multiple jizz stains on the passenger seat after some attempted virtual dyno logs.

I think you’ll be a fan of the Genomes too!
