It would take a whole lot of getting used to all those cars. Daunting task. 90% of those cars would scare the shit out of me I reckon (being honest)

Totally agree Pete. Dude likes to colour match his duco and interiors too.

$15k for an Evo V with 56k km. looks to be fairly well unmolested too.

Not sure if $15k is cheap or not.

Sig worthy.

996 are ugly though.

I am a Porsche fan, but those headlights just made them all look crosseyed lol. Still, I think $38k is good value considering NO ONE will know the difference, other than wankers.

Is that genuinely one guys collection? Thats a fuckload of money tied up in cars. I dont really get the concept of owning more that one model of car in a collection either.

Sig worthy.

My cousin paid $16k for his Evo 8 with 50k on it, the one that he wrote off.. all it needed was a gearbox rebuild. I like the Evo 7's.. but that is just me. I'd pay that if it was clean though.

I was just curious as to what Evo 3's were fetching these days. Ive always liked the 3.
That five just stood out because it looked so original and the low kms too.

Sig worthy.

That bug looks mint!

Agreed.

Nice Barn find...

And a nice pic too.

Honda motor in that Bug...

With Commodore coils. :)

Thankfully, I am happy with my Subaru's for now :)

All 97 of them?

that dude is on TeamSpeed

He was on Dream Car garage ages ago. Apparently the garage was designed around the collection.

Yep, that's where I saw him, decent show that.

If I had fork loads of cash I couldn't see myself with more than 10 or 15 cars. I would just keep improving each car as I went along and have an intimate knowledge of each one. I know a few blokes (on average coin) who have collections and in all cases, they are nice cars but they all could do with some improving. To me, more than 20 is just a pissing contest.

Has anyone seen the video on Jay Leno's eco turbine car? I really showed how little he knows about the car, despite owning the thing. I guess with a collection that large, you would have a full time job just writing the cheques.

decent show that.

I is the ONLY show that shows the correct repair procedures.

Apart from the body repair stuff that Peter Tomisini(sp) does.

How the FORK to you spot Commodore coils on that car? You're a freak (in the best way)

Jase, I honestly am getting organised for a major fleet cull (kull*?). Should have one ready for rego inspection tomorrow ( if I get off my arse and do the drivers door swap...38 degrees saps motivation though) and providing there are no major issues (none visibly/audibly present) it will be on the market by Wednesday.

I'm waiting on a COP conversion from Ben at Ichiban (just need to send him up RS ignitors), then I can get the Aqua Wagon ready for rego/daily/work duties and flip my current Boonga Gen2 wagz as well.

Mark (cruisn) is waiting for me to transfer some $ for a Gen2 2.5 quad cammer for the obk I have...that should be ready to Sell at the end of next week...leaving me a mere 3 Subaru's!!! (Technically only 2.5, as I have a partner in the Sled)

I got tired just reading thatI

Your motivation is an inspiration. :)

The coils are just generic AC Delco double (waste) spark coils.

They are on heaps of cars.  :)

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.
