The chilli made it.

Pity the basil was dried shit and the olive oil was light crap but at least it had all the ingredients plus some.

Tasted pretty forking good.

I'm finally getting a good supply of homegrown tomatoes (actual tomatoes) so Bruschetta is very much on the menu again soon...maybe even this weekend :)

I like Bruschetta with Prawns/white wine/garlic and thyme, Mmmmmm. Might do a combo plate.

Prawn broshitter would be epic.

My old man grows all kinds of tomatoes & all kinds of yummo shit. Beans, pomegranate, limes, lettuce, snow peas, chilli, herbs, etc

forking love going home for the meals. Mum makes all the chutneys and chilli jams and homemade tom sauce. Green tomato pickles is her new thing.

Last xmas I walked around his veg patch and got my son to eat everything and tell me what he thought. He loved it and now nothing compares to poppy's veggies. The best was watching the boys face when he tried a mint leaf...priceless. He had the "I know what that is" look.

I want to give him a "Tomato" plant to grow. I reckon he'll ace that too.

Good compost helps!

Any of you fellas ever tried the byron bay chilli company sauces? Attached File  uploadfromtaptalk1391779687898.jpg   148.3KB   3 downloads can recommend. The habenero sauce has some damn kick but also nice flavour. Im also loving the hor Chilli with Chipotles atm. Goes epic with chicken and steak. Its the same company that supply/make the coconut chilli sauce for the steak burger at hoggies and the old inferno pizza at pizza capers. Give it a try!

You can say that again. Definitely some potentials in the form of waitresses.
