Had a ball, the 2 hosts Brett(?) sorry if that's wrong and Steve (?) could be an alias!!! They were a laugh a minute, with really witty retorts to our questions, the liqueurs were very tasty, and the location great, watch out for the crocodiles though!!!

“Sexist and rude people”

Rude / Arrogant 
We were warned by the tour leader that we need to grow thick skin prior to visit this place.
Because the people who work at this place are so rude and arrogant, they left a sour taste in my mouth. The man who called himself “GC” wouldn’t hesitate to ridicule guests senselessly, picked on his guests for delivering his cheap sexist remarks all at our expenses. The female were made inferior to the male guests. We were asked to wash glasses for our male partner as we would be at home.! Arrogant.
I felt we were given handouts, and forced to beg for the tasting. I was so modified & disappointed; it’s not at all what I would expect. I paid good money to going on a wine tour, I am not asking for handouts nor did I expect to be treated poorly.

“Rude staff!”

During a girls weekend away, we called in on the Grove.
Staff behind the bar were extremely rude and arrogant and spoke to customers in a demeaning manner.. Not impressed!
Although staff in the cafe section were polite and friendly.

“Great way to ruin your Margaret River Experience!”

The third of our stops on a Bushtucker wine tour, almost ruined our day due to the attitude of the owner/manager. A group of around twenty of us were asked to leave after our second tasting because we didnt wait for the drink to be stirred which he did not tell any one of us to do. It was clear from when we first entered that we were unwelcome, possibly because we had a large group. The owner/manager was rude, arrogant and very sexist. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the first drink and it was a shame that the incident happened as we were all keen to purchase the liqueur that we had sampled.

“Extremely rude staff”

Never have I met a more rude and arrogant person in a customer service role, and he was the owner so that's a good indication of the service you wil recieve here! A group of us were on a wine tour and had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with 'steve'

“Poor display of Aussie Hospitality”

On our wine tour, one of our party was insulted by the male serving the liquors... he was either drunk or off his face on some drug....it left a decidedly sour taste and poor example of australia hospitality.
