Not a fan of the rims on the RX-7 or the stickers on the doors... the RX3 needs smaller wheels...

Erggghh so bored.

Boss just went off his nut at the whole workshop for not wearing gloves.

Dude loses his shit and then it's just a downhill spiral hahaha he doesn't know how to rein it in! Ended up with, if I can't get you guys to do it, I might aswell close up shop and open up again with a new team! And basically said if one more person is seen touching ally without gloves he is walking then out the door!

I get his frustration, just laughing at his delivery

My cousin was looking for a unique look and wanted something no one else had, hence those rims. South Coast Rotary Performance are who built his car. I know it won't sway your opinion of course and that's not my intention, I'm just giving the reasons behind his decisions. :P

hahaha funny you should say that. Last week the owner walks out the back into the workshop. Sees 2 employees out the back on there phones, so understandably he loses his shit. Tells the workshop if you don't have work to do, we should shut the business and we all go home. One of said blokes on phone say's & I quote "Awesome, ive got plenty of shit to do at home. So we can go?" He no longer works for us. haha.

Yeah by all means Gary, so long as he enjoys it and likes it :).

Hahaha funny as Radam, I guess you can't blame him in that situation for being frustrated as hell.

HAHAHAHA Simo! That's awesome!

We've got a pretty bad culture in the workshop which we can't shake. I don't think the boss's attitude towards them helps at all, but still I can see the frustration. It's almost like they both have to start from scratch and treat each other better and with respect. But it's not gonna happen

If he calls in worksafe or your states equivalent for a requested audit they cannot prosecute you only give suggestions. This is is what I did with a not so clean chef and the health department.

You can yell and scream until your lungs bleed. If it's not their business, they just will never care as much. Which is human.

It's not a safety thing, Nik. On raw aluminium the oils and acid on your hands etches into the finished product and you can't get it clean. So it's a quality thing.

We are having enough trouble getting jobs as it is so they just need to take more care!

We have the same problem with the people I've seen come and go from our workshop. It just that alot of people have no sense of tradesmanship/ pride in their work. They might have their papers saying they're a tradesman but to me they're just skilled labourers. They can get the job done but not to the quality that it should be.
We pay them the money as a tradesman but when they deliver the shit they do we are just better of employing labourers that do the same job for a cheaper price.

Cmon 5:30pm!!!

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?
