I'm sofa tired, and i'm going out tonight as well, bring on Friday.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

Subaru filters are all re branded Purolator filters. (if my memory serves me correctly) Which are a good brand of filter, anyways. As Josh said Repco/Ryco will be fine. I use the drift/k&n branded filters with the socket attachment on the bottom of the filter. Makes it so much easier to take them on & off.

Do you put the socket in your vagina?

Zac. Call Ichiban, see if they can inspect it on a Saturday, then book it in for how long it needs.

Wob. I use ryco fuel and oil and air filters. 300k+

Josh. Eat a dick.

Yeah I'll get a ryco fuel filter because it's half price for me at work.

Probably get a genuine filter and one of those k&n non oiled filters

Damn! That ain't cheap.

The engine transplant according to Ben will cost me $3200, for a JDM low ks Legacy engine

I concur, but they are necessary fixes. It should be the last time I ever have to spend that sorta money on repairs for this car anyway, and I'm only paying that much because I intend to keep this car for some time. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Ouch! (Not reflecting on the value of what is being done, just $2k on repairs is a nasty amount of repairs).

Yeah I like the idea of Zac taking his car to Ichibin, a lot of people here seem to swear by them and give good reviews - So would answer your questions Zaccy and we wouldn't have to talk about the same issue almost every day  :P

You can say that again man. But they are definitely essential repairs. The price was at $1,600 but a few more bits and pieces this morning brought that number up to $2,000.

I guess it's better to spend the money on it now then later down the track when bigger and better "injuries" occur. Get it done once, get it done properly.

And I'll definitely recommend Ben above all mechanics/workshops I've been to in the past, whether it was for my Subaru or not.

Can't say I have ever used a genuine subaru filter on my car ever.

Ben always uses genuine oil filters when getting it serviced at ICHIban at no extra cost.

See how much money I have at the time I suppose.

Been 30,000 since the last big service, I'll do all the filters again. I have Iridium plugs so they won't need doing for a while

Just shot Ben an email on Ebay again, wondering if the JDM halfcut comes on a manual box too, just to sweeten the deal. Lol!

Anyway, will also find out if Ben can at least look at the car to tell me what is up with it. Should be worth it if he can fix it

You can send him a private message on the forum as well. He'll definitely help you out man, and will provide true prices. Don't worry.
