Yeh it is double sided tape but it doesn't just stick to the top of the scoop. If you can find a photo of one not installed you notice that it has a small under side. So it kind of slides on instead of being stuck over the top

Cheers bud. I just realised the resized photos of my iPhone were extremely bad quality. Better ones up now.
Also, I had a bit of a spontaneous purchase last night. Black Alcantara with dark blue stitching gear boot from Redline Goods. I remember reading about a few people buying from these guys and they are highly recommended.
