Sounds good Nick. I have relatives in Geelong and they have a friend with a Butchery, when my folks visit them,, they do the same thing, eskies full of awesome meat. This guy does his own smallgoods too...I get them to bring me a 1.5kg roll of his 'Polish' style salami...SO GOOD.
