:fork: I think I am man! HELP!

I love chicks in proper business wear that have intellect, respect for themselves and others and have options on what they want to do in life whether it be on a personal level or a career one.

When is the closing date to lodge tax?

I need to call the ATP

I did my 2013 tax 3 weeks ago.

Went to H&R Block. They have done my last last 3 or 4 and I get a pretty healthy return each time. I used to go to a family friend (tax agent)  but when I started using an ABN it got a bit too complicated, so I forked him off.

Got my '13 return the other day, looks like it will be blown on orthodontist fees for the kids.

Probably do this years in June. :)

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Not 100% sure but I think it's the end of OCT, Rob. If you did it on the ATO Etax thingy last year they send reminders..... but it doesn't really matter. I once did 4 years worth in one go.

I think it matters nowadays. You get a fine if you don't do it before a certain date.

I'm gonna try and get to sleep now guys.

I just like boobies.

And ass.

And I claim as much as I want from the ATO, my uncle is one of their Auditors and I hate the fat lazy fcuk. When they ask you for receipts, fly to Greece.

Life.... Tick.

Claim everything you can and max out everything that they say you don't need receipts for. Easy does it and you can't get screwed over if investigated.

Bloody wogs.

Q1: What is an FTL penalty?
A failure to lodge on time (FTL) penalty is an administrative penalty which may be applied where you are required to lodge a return, statement, notice or other document with us by a particular day, and you fail to do so.
An FTL penalty may be applied on documents that are lodged late, or on documents that are overdue.
Where an FTL penalty is applied, an FTL penalty notice will be issued to you.

Fine/penalty. You still have to pay for it.

You see that word "May"?

Also, it's for habitual non lodgers Gaz. They focus on the big fish.

They are so forking busy all year round & especially this time of year.  They don't have the man power to search for random people that don't lodge tax returns.

...plus most people would be owed.

Would you chase up someone you owed money to?

Exactly.

We may apply a failure to lodge on time penalty if you lodge your tax return late. However, it's our policy not to apply a penalty if your tax return:

  • is lodged voluntarily, and
  • does not result in any tax payable.

Was just remembering this, isn't it funny how quickly this just dropped out of the news?

Mate speculates it's because he was at the top of the trough, but I think the victim just had the wrong last name for the media to care.

Thoughts?

Also he sounds like a cartoon character.
