Ha ha, I know man. I wouldn't give anyone medicine prescribed to me. A big side effect of taking them is drowsiness though and tends to knock me out pretty quickly.

I'm kinda bummed out because my ps3 is dying and I have games I still wanna finish on it.

Spewing. What's happening with it? Only what you said on Facebook or are there other issues?

Yeah just that mate. You will turn the console on and start a game then about 1-2 mins in the console will turn off and have to do a start up recovery which takes about 5 mins. Then the console will work fine for hours on end. It does it nearly every 2nd time I try and use the console.

Interesting. I've never heard of that issue and have never experienced it myself, at least not yet. May be it's a sign? PS4 time.

Already got a ps4. I was still keeping my ps3 around because I'm currently using it more. From what I have read on the net it's possibly a hardware failure from overheating or hard drive errors. So atm I'm gonna trawl gumtree for a cheap ps3 if the price is right.

Sounds like a plan man. It shouldn't be hard to come by as I'd assume people would wanna get rid of their PS3's for the PS4. Good luck with the hunt. It's a pain when things stop working properly.

What if you swap out the hard drive to test if that's the fault?

There are a few around but if people on Gumtree would respond to text messages my search would be going much better. Cubts.

I might pick up battlefield 4 tomorrow so I have something to keep playing for a while on the ps4.

Come to think of it I still think I have my old 80gb drive somewhere. I will track it down and see if I still have the errors with that. Cheers dude

I woke up this morning feeling 99% man. I'm feeling really good now so hopefully whatever I've got is clearing up. I'm seeing a neurologist on Monday so we'll see how we go man. Hopefully they can find exactly what's wrong and can treat it as I never want to experience what I had ever again. It was my fourth and worst occurrence.

If it doesn't cost you any money, couldn't hurt. If you do need a new PS3 might be an idea to try get an older one with backwards compatibility.

I just found the 80gb so so gonna give it a try.

I was gonna try and get the first version of the slim if I was a get a new one.
