Wow crazy Russians

Yep.....

Crazy man.

Stupid thing is if they had more technology they would've picked up the IFF signal and known it was a passenger plane. It's most likely it was amateurs at the controls of some soviet era missile systems, and they shoot any target that comes into range.

Obviously some real paranoid kids in Ukraine, shooting everything.

You'd know better than me, but I have assumed shooting one of these BUK systems and hitting a target 30,000 feet up and moving isn't really the work of horny teens.

You might be onto something pat. Just restarted the ps3 a few times and started up a game and it hasn't crashed.

Fingers crossed! Give it a day or two and see how it goes.

Also on the flight that was shot down, did you see the Facebook post before the flight took off?

Amateurs was a broad term, I meant non-military, or at least not a well informed military.

Those old missile systems are point and shoot, the missile does the hard work. Just a simple radar tracker, and up against a slow moving jet, when it's designed for defence against fighters, sort of overkill.

All in all it was a major cock-up, no matter who pulled the trigger, and it was a massive loss of life, nothing worse than when innocent civilians get killed.

I'm gonna go and fully format the current 500gb and re-install the ps3 firmware on that and see how it goes.

Major cock up, and the plane being in what is essentially a no fly zone would appear to have sparked it.

Do really notice any difference?

On the farm bikes, the lights (whole bike) get understandable filthy. Scrub them up clean and you can notice a difference, but that's after they have had a layering of mud cakes on them.
