I'd struggle to find competitors for both Forester and Outback that were the same price. The All 4 VW Passat wagon is pretty schmick, but way more $$$ than the highest spec OBK. Just can't beat a Foz, anything that matches it is twice the price, and European.

GF's parents got a Q3 last year. I kinda wish they got the Forester because they could have got the top trim level for less than that base model Q3.

Yeah, that's what I mean, people buy the base model Euro car and have to pay Euro servicing and spare parts cost, but their level of spec is less than mine. Had a massive argument with a girl who wanted to buy a x1, finally convinced her that she was only buying it for the BMW status and knew nothing about the specs of the car.

 

She had massive knockers.

I do like driving the q3 but then I love getting back in the foz.

They did pay extra for the comfort pack and the q3 seats are forking amazing.
