More deets on the rest of the ingredients Poite
Chopped onions, Beef mince, Beef stock, I had some of that epic Bacon so that went in too (4 tails), couple garlic cloves crushed, lots of pepper, wosty sauce, tabasco, Vegemite (couple of teaspoons worth), bay leaf or 2, pinch of chinese 5 spice (this is really to personal taste, the amount will vary).
I brown all dry ingredients before adding any liquids, add the stock and some extra water and simmer till it's saucy.
If it's too salty, add a pinch of sugar and a splash of vinegar.
