Thanks for the pos rep.

United States isn't any form of authority of the English language.

So why should we speak like them?

(with the exception of Nik. He's a wigga)

I hate how they use Z in everything instead of S.

I also hate them for a lot more than that though.

Hahaha for sure, dumbest nation on earth.
Btw I do spell it both ways depending on what type of day I have had (basically if I am with it mentally....... Nope) on a bad day I will admit to spelling that amongst most other words incorrectly :(
If some one asked me to spell the word I would say arse.

They're doing a V12 Gallardo soon, that thing will be nuts.

Like the V12 Vantage.

I agree on this!

I'd buy it.

Speaking of past Subaru's, a Subaru 360 came up for sale on GT5 yesterday, but I didn't buy it. :( should have.

If they use that new gearbox they developed it will be.

Never know, now that they are going to 4 cylinders, Subaru may have another crack at F1 ;)

What are you arseholes up to?

Drove the Subaru Impreza R hatchback today, I honestly could not believe how basic it is. Seriously. Knobs for the air con? Really Subaru? Really? No usb/ipod dock, terrible cloth seats, my lord, it is SO damn slow. I knew it would be slower than the OBK, but holy crap, you may as well catch public transport, and we don't even have that down here.

So there's an RS I hear? Cool. Has a bit more purpose to its looks, must be about a three maybe four grand option?

Let's ask about it...

...add nine grand to the R price to get bigger wheels, a body kit, and an interior that wouldn't look out of place if it rocked a tape deck.

That's cool. It must be MUCH faster than the R?

Let's ask about it...

...exactly the same power and delivery. Fork me. You want me to crack nearly $34K on this? I could see in his eyes even he felt like a douche trying to sell it.

Wander across the street. Hi Holden. I don't like you very much, but my girl is a Holden family product, I would like very much if this car is completely crap so I can giggle and squirt at the next family function. Took the petrol for a test drive, haha, and you thought an Impreza was slow? I asked the salesmen if he'd fed the hamster that was running the car in the past week or not. He was pretty cool with it though.

Built in Korea? "Yes."
Is this a dressed up Kia Cerato? "Not really."
Is this the slowest thing on the road? "Possibly"

Turn around, let's go back to the stealership. This isn't going well. Oh, a diesel? Yeah right. Why in gods name would I want my missus driving a courier vehicle?

Completely converted me. The diesel has some balls man, cruises at speed, overtaking isn't a pee your pants experience. Heated leather seats (awesome in summer to fry peoples arses) electric seats, ipod connect rah rah rah. Thing is a beast of extras.

Anyway.

What did y'all do today?

Damn.

Went to my GP earlier, had some bloods taken, to check my Hepatitis B immunity.

Took a couple of shots. Chickenpox, Measles, Measles, Mumps, yadda yadda.

Felt nice and perky in the morning.

Well.

After a snooze, my arms are aching, and I'm wondering if anyone got the numberplate of the semi-trailer that had hit me.

I feel like rubbish.

:(

I couldn't justify $34K on an Impreza with basic engine and equipment levels. Thats why I have a preference for used older model cars. If it must be a new or current model Nik, I honestly reckon you'd find better quality at Hyundai these days. Subaru has been caught sleeping in that department and need to catch up!

What else will you look at Nik?

Your findings are interesting Nik.

Mum wants to buy a new car in 2011, and those two are on her shortlist.

But like Shiv, I like second hand cars, and I'm hoping to get her behind the wheel of a Gen IV 3.0R (maybe even a Bilstein)

You would be spending $6K more to get SIMILAR spec, but nowhere near the same level of spec.

Seriously.
