That was an interesting read. So Japan, Vietnam & the Philippines could joins forces (with backing from the US) to start a fight with china....thats not a good thing.

I wouldn't read that far into it at this stage haha, China has had disagreements with those countries since Brett was a boy, I was just more interested in the two dudes splitting away and trying to start their own party.. Don't get me wrong, if Japan did ever decide to remilitarise in a big way they would do a proper job of it.

Yeah i am reading abit far into it. But there has been tension there for awhile, but with the new political party's leader saying that japan "should not hesitate to go to war against China" it may well happen.
I don't want them to go to war. I still really wanna go back to japan snowboarding!!!!

Could have been worse, you could have brought up Obama going to Burma and putting Myanmar in the essential pivot position for China to be contained. Then there's to see how India plays out after making it clear they want to be more independent from the US than the partnership of the likes of Australia.
