You should wait till she's sleeping tonight then sms her and tell her to watch out next time she's climbing hills she likes with you around.
Or at least if you do go hill climbing, tell her you don't want tofu the night before so you don't hate her as much.

Or a really small draw that only has enough space for one knife and one spoon.
