It's 'cause they're black, innit? :P

I'm really upset people are overlooking my bacon/vagina idea.

What the hell is wrong with you people?

I like this idea! DO IT NOW!

Best of both worlds..

Also, Couriers Please suck! They left a card saying they made an unsuccessful delivery, but forgot to give me my coupon code for a free re-delivery...

So, I call up and I can only pick it up between certain hours. DAFUQ!

... and Mum forgot to cancel my dentist appointment tomorrow, so out come my Wisdom teeth, rather then waiting for holidays.. :dash2:

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Yeah, I used to like them, but because they copyrighted my ass, even for creative common license use, I no longer like them.

Lesson leart - Don't use non-royalty free music.

pete i can no longer bring myself to watch the cricket. when the ashes started i would have it on while i was studying just for something to glance at/watch. now id prefer to have no TV no because its less depressing!!! its woeful our performance at the moment. Cricket Australia need to do something to fix whats going on thats for sure.

It's beyond woeful...Rogers and Warner got 106 of the 299 req'd...9 for 120 after that...WTF!

Someone's gotta lose?
Loose*

Adam theres a difference between losing and putting up a good fight, and losing because your performance is forking woeful and embarrassing!

bit of a joke. Rogers and Warner put in a good partnership that was a solid start, you would expect the remaining 9 to be able to get the 200 odd runs needed between them! mere 23 runs each basically. would expect a national cricket team to be able to do that really.

...and it's not like time was an issue...that was day 4 :(

When I sat down to a coffee we were 0/105. Get back to the brew house to see we've lost a wicket. I remember saying to one of the other guys, ah that's a good opening stand, we're in a great position to win this. Then Pup camevoutvand played some great shots and looked like he was about to put on a master class. Then it just fucked up. not a single Aussie player had the mettle to graft out a dignity saving innings.
So shit. I think it'll be awhile before Australia has another truly great cricket team.

Sig worthy.

Diets with weird eating patterns are not the way to go.Eat food that is good for you and covers all of the food groups (cutting out Carbs etc completely is NOT good) and is enough to fill you after each meal so that you don't snack all the time outside of those meals.

Actually cutting out carbs is one of the best things you can do. carbs are basically fillers. Eating whole foods is the key. No processed stuffed.

Vicky was getting migranes a lot. Like once a week. She'd be physically sick and have to sleep it off in a blacked out room. She' been getting migranes for years. Went onto this paleo diet ( caveman diet) where you basically drop the carbs, and without changing her lifestyle in any other way, she dropped about 15 kgs and stopped having migranes. Don't forget that sugar Is carbs too.

Also note that even though I know this is good. I still don't do it. Hahaha. I love my carbs too much!

Sig worthy.

Are you thinking of carbs as just a food that is high in carbs such as pastas and what not or carbs totally - because cutting carbs totally is bad, One of my good mates does nutritional science, was saying that cutting any of the food groups entirely is bad for your body as, your body requires parts from all of those food groups to be at its peak, this includes carbs.

Another side affect that has been linked to people totally avoiding carbs over a long period of time is earlier onset of Alzheimer.

Obviously this is intake in moderation and not just going silly with it - eat enough for your bodies energy requirements, excess carbs turn to fat - the right amount powers your body.

Another down side to cutting them out is that once your body burns off all the stored fat, if you have not increased your carb intake to cover the energy requirements of your body, you will start to burn the muscles (protein tissue) - this isn't good.

You can still get your carbs intake from things like potato. But it's meant to be kept to a minimum. Ie not eating potato everyday as a substitute. Rice is ok in moderation too.

We as a population based around agriculture as opposed to nomadic hunter gathering, have introduced carbs to our diets.

In other news beer basically developed civilisation as we know it. Without the need for beer, we may never have needed crops. With the current carb talk it almost sounds like I'm blaming beer! I'm not though. As I previously stated, I don't subscribe to the no carbs policy. Beer rules. All hail beer!

Pinkenba, 4008.

Skimpies at "the Pinky" from 1pm Friday arvo. Just FYI.
