Pinkenba, 4008.

Just had a look, that's a Hunter Express depot. Call them up, since e-go doesn't have a contact number :)

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Wish I went through with the 12A I planned for this.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Hunter Express == E-Go, they then contract smaller companies in remote areas to deliver the goods.

The biggest problem with freight not being shipped is lazy people sticking the consignment note on with one bit of sellotape, hoping it will get delivered lol. Especially with E-Go parcels. They end up finding consignment notes all over the depot blown away by the wind. Some people don't even package items properly. The cardboard from your last box of corn flakes or slab of beer isn't going to cut it! Trust me I know the supervisor at Pinkenba :P

Lol, wouldn't fit!

I originally was going to go a 1UZ, and then I measured it, and promptly changed ideas.

Aslo, not legal at all! Even a 12A carby was pushing the limit.

...AND they won't talk about an E-go query...has to be done online...that's why its so cheap...no customer service.

You can still get your carbs intake from things like potato. But it's meant to be kept to a minimum. Ie not eating potato everyday as a substitute. Rice is ok in moderation too.

Indeed, and this would be a better way to get them than pasta etc! but that is not cutting carbs, that is just reducing them/ being selective of the source which I agree is very important for good health. I am talking about people who go out of their way to attempt to totally avoid ALL carbs (even though this would be next to impossible in reality given that fruits contain Fructose)

There is a big difference also in the types that you can take in, Refined ones tend to be bad. There are Complex and simple carbs too. More to it than just the "All carbs are bad" crowd think.

When I sat down to a coffee we were 0/105. Get back to the brew house to see we've lost a wicket. I remember saying to one of the other guys, ah that's a good opening stand, we're in a great position to win this. Then Pup camevoutvand played some great shots and looked like he was about to put on a master class. Then it just forked up. not a single Aussie player had the mettle to graft out a dignity saving innings.
So shit. I think it'll be awhile before Australia has another truly great cricket team.

110% agree with you on this. unfortunately all the greats have no retired.

im in no way expecting another truly great team. but fuck it would be nice if like you said someone had decided to give the innings some dignity it deserved. i dont know whether the team just lacks motivation and passion, or England are too good for us, or they just cant play cricket for shit. would just be nice to be able to watch it without getting the urge to throw something at my television (this urge could also be attributed to some shocking umpiring this series, but lets not go there)

Yes I see your point here Josh. Ok I think we're agreeing now.

Also just so you know. I'm eating a plate of chips and sucking back a couple of pale ales! :)

@Mark - England are the number one test team in the world currently, so being beaten by them does come partly from the fact they are good. However, I think Australia have shown they are up to the task. They just seem to lack that real team spirit that the Steve Waugh/Ricky Ponting teams had. I don't think Warnie was a real team guy. I think he used to throw his weight around the dressing room a bit. But he was a freak with the cricket ball. So you could excuse him for it, because he delivered results.

Sig worthy.

yeah it seems this team lacks the passion/heart/motivation that the teams back in the waugh/ponting days had. they all just seemed to lift that bit more back then and put everything in to the game.

Warnie was a freak with the ball no doubt

Yeah mate, fully agreeing I think! hahaha I think at first we were on a different page as to what the fark we were each talking about but all good we ended up at the same place I think!

I have been looking at ways of getting healthier and doing a fair bit of reading on sleep patterns and ways to get better quality sleep and also into nutrition to an extent to work out the proper quantities of macro and micro nutrients I need to be healthy and where is best to get them all the while I hope to lose some weight......... without having to kill beer completely (I think this is gunna be hard!).
