Would there be similar rates for a $280,000 loan, Shaz?
Can you add extra onto the mortgage for renos? Or does the whole amount have to be haus purchase?

Liar... you couldn't be bothered...
Thanks Shaz, will see if I can get a valuation of my place sometime... I don't think I'm at that 80% mark yet... but we'll see...
I can get the bank to do one free of charge if you want Sack.
I'll send a guy.

You can borrow upto 80% of the properties value.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

From my quick calculations, I don't think I've paid enough of the house off to be at the 80% mark... ![]()
Got to put more into the mortgage... a lot more...
Since I only bought the house 2 years ago, it hasn't appreciated in value enough... plus... 'riff... LOL!
Thanks though Shaz... but if you do a valuation and it doesn't result in a refinance, wouldn't that be a waste to you?

Yeah... they pulled out the gearbox for a reason... chaining the wheels must just be an added precaution... incase it tried to roll itself away

Aren't these the ones that go faster going backwards?
I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.
