Found a house, Simo, or just looking at rates and shit?

Both. But we are probs 4-5 months off having the right amount for a deposit. The next few months are really going to suck. Super jew spec. But afew months pain for alot of gain

If I get less than a 5% pay increase this year I will probably look for another job I aint sticking around to do the same old thing each year. Just me though, not having a go at anyone who is happy to do that.

Yep, if I don't get a pay increase every 6 months, I actively let my boss know he needs to step his game up.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

But I can also give you $1500 cash if you refinance across at the moment, free platinum credit card, free financial planning, etc etc.

It tastes amazing.
