its such a breath of fresh air to not have that issue at work.  We sit down with our brewery manager and team leader every 6 weeks, and have a face to face chat about how we are going, what I would like to do, what I think we could improve, how I think they are doing as a management team, etc etc.

 

Its really proactive, and it makes you feel like youre being heard, and considered.

Youd have to hope he was just purely unaware that guy was coming up on him.  Perhaps he was too busy focussing on the bloke in front that was losing his car, and forgot that their might be someone behind taking advantage of that.  Still that would have hurt like :fork:.

This is awesome.

Our boss and his fuck buddy have an idea in their head. And that's they way things are going to be done. But they don't tell you until you put all this effort in, let you fail, then talk shit about you.

I'm hoping and I think BHP will have a pretty damn good culture. None of this office shit where people try and pass the blame. People in the office have such an easy way to communicate with each other, email, phone, talking. Yet I've never been in an office where there was good communication!
