Yeah it sucks, but I guess as long as you don't speed you won't get done.


I suppose. It's just straight out revenue raising though.

I would be more inclined to not speed seeing more marked cop cars on the road than not seeing a speed camera and getting a fine in the post 4 weeks after the fact.

I agree, very much for revenue. If they actually gave a shit about road safety, more would be done for things like driver education, the possibility of raised speed limits

and yeah maybe even more actual police presence.

Yes. You can hire bikes to get your L's as well as your P's. I hired their bike as it's easier than bringing your own (as in their bikes are easier to ride as opposed to a Ninja for example) and you know that they've been maintained regularly.

On the down hill is such rubbish. If it's a person, I'm not hugely worried because one would hope they use a bit of common sense. But a camera will just snap anyone doing 1km over.
