You gave me your perspective, I gave you mine, Pete
All good... We want different things in life. If we all wanted the same, we would be bored!

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

I made thai green chicken curry for the first time in my life yesterday, as you all know because I asked about it on here, I finished it up this morning around 11am after the delivery came with more Coconut Milk. The object of my affection recently came into the kitchen with her lunch to heat up, it was thai green chicken curry, that she made last night, for the first time in her life.
This world we share is going unappreciated for the most part.
You'll be at Church on Sundays and shit now yeah. Biblical curry sharing experience ftw. So cute.

All that really happened Zac is that Mark wanted all his hard work to be a material object that joy can be gleaned from (horrible, short term glee though, the bad kind of good, you know, crappy joy) but Morgan decided he should stop enjoying single life and short term dreams and enter the oh so rewarding world of 30 year debt (so you can re-mortgage and buy another debt), I was trying to provide Morgan with some perspective, but he's heaps younger than me so his opinion is more valid.
I may have fudged a few details???
Haha... sounds like an interesting conversation... lol!
Well from what I know, and I may be completely but Mark is a cool dude who likes what he does, enjoys the money and the chance to do what he wants with it. It is natural, and yes he is still young, may not have found the right girl yet, so settling down is a little further away in his mind, so he can enjoy his life as he sees fit.
Morg on the other hand met the love of his life, married her and is in family man mode, way ahead of his years, but that isn't a bad thing either. I was very much the same around his age too... I had a mortgage at 21, though it was an investment, but I was married by 25 and had a daughter at 27.
There is no way that your perspective is invalid or anyone else's is more valid than yours. Each person is in a different stage of their lives, each life is different, just as no 2 people are the same. Everyone has the right to share what they believe and think about any given topic and hope to help/guide others if they believe they can, but nobody can push their concepts on others...
So anyway, Mark, enjoy work... it looks like too much fun to even call it work, though I can only imagine how tiring it must be..
Morg, don't you have some babies to make??
Pete... good luck with the dudes coming to check out your car for sale tomorrow...

I've never been a religious person, and used to mock those that held beliefs. But I won't lie, I've thought over the last few years whether or not the 'truth' behind it is as important as the ideal. I could never commit to anything other than the higher power, but my higher power is nature - so I can relate strongly with it on a daily basis.
I love the idea of dropping everything, but I also love the idea of being important to other people.
Like I said, we're all different.

Haha welcome to my life...
Off to bed now, only to wake up at 6am for another day of sitting in an office...
Have a good one all..
I don't mock those who 'believe', I just don't understand their way of thinking.
If you did, wouldn't that make you a potential believer, if not a believer already?
