Adam just get a small King Island blue. Can't go much wrong with it.

Not sure about frozen cheese... cheese is yuk after freezing.

You can find nice 100gram portions of a proper Italian Gorgonzola Dolce for about $8 bucks...It's a soft, sweet but fantastically sharp blue that works so well with beef...no astringency at all, just yum...melts awesome too

Funnier still Josh was my own awesome effort entertaining yet another ex-missus on Holidays in the Cook Islands...power blackout because Cyclone...so play 'shadow puppet dick tricks' to Keep Jo amused...using the camera pre-flash to cast the shadows I had accidently grabed a few really awesome shots of my wang and the giant shadow on the wall behind...this was still a 'film' camera...I got very strange looks when I picked up my developed roll of film and the bird pulls out the top photo to confirm they are my pictures (that was always off putting) and of course, BAM. MYCOCK. awesome.

Frozen should be okay for melting? I normally freeze Parmesan after it's grated to use on le past

Yeah i guess for melting should be alright. Made some pizza with fresh grated mozzarella as opposed to frozen coon and it was life changing.
