People dont want to make an account, they want answers, fixes and recognition handed to them on a platter. They just want to shit post about how they can have a turbo on their Ps, what this CEL means, what oil to use, if anyone has ever done this mod, am i the first to do this, etc etc.

And that's the downfall. People are just plain old lazy. If they put in a little effort then forums like SubyClub would still be booming.

Wait until AI is really here... Then we'll either see a laziness epidemic or a slave driven workforce...

Haha, laziness is already an epidemic. AI will eventually figure it out, kill these individuals off and we will be left with the perfect human genome.

There's already a few of those already running rampage around the world.

Today is my 12 year anniversary. Heading out to the Bennelong Restaurant at the Opera House. Should be an awesome feed.

Happy anniversary Gaz.

Agreed, people are lazy. Common that no research is done, minimal information is given about a particular fault and the fix is expected in record time.

I see it everyday in my job. Gives me the Sh1t$.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Well get comfortable with it as it'll only get worse - I see current students who all chase instant gratification in many forms. I think this is partly due to parents giving them what they want all the time. Not good.

Cheers

Stamp duty paid.

Such a bitter sweet feeling. Nothing left to save for apart from decreasing the lending amount from the bank and furniture I guess.

My build is getting there. We've got the money to move in now. We've been slowly picking up things along the way and storing them at my parents place.

The house is being tiled and painted this month. Meeting about the driveway on Monday. I'm hoping for handover around September. They say it will be complete November (our builder says 9 months to keep your expectations realistic) but unless they plan to sit on their thumbs for 3 months I don't see how.

Congrats man. It's a good feeling to have with it being so close.

We are due to move in in October provided construction maintains its pace too.

We've been slowly picking up things along the way and storing them at my parents place.

We've been doing the same actually. I've got a good $5,000 worth of stuff just sitting there brand new in boxes ready for the move. We will just have the get the bigger pieces of furniture, fridge, etc, once we move in (or at least closer to the date).
