So, when you leave a job they're supposed to buy you something (i've been there a long time) relevant to you or something you will enjoy.

What do you think they're trying to tell me with the present they bought?

(yes, das boot!)

Not bad, not bad

Great pale ale aroma (lots of citrus) good malt and bitter. I still rate the Temple as a better beer (imo).

What I like about the temple is it starts with a lot of malt followed by a lot of hops bitterness, but quite separate from each other. This has a very similar flavour(s), but not the separation (if that makes sense at all). Its good (so far I have enjoyed the flying dog beers), worth getting if you see it.

Just reading the latest newsletter from IBS

BrewDog/Mikkeller Devine Rebel

Another collaboration brew, this time between Mikkeller and BrewDog. The result is a mysterious Strong Ale / Barley Wine, 25% of which has been aged in Scottish oak Speyside whisky barrels. Ale yeast and a champagne yeast were used, and the beer showcases a single hop variety. Stocks are very limited.
