thoughts on this as an Aussie Pale ale.

All Australian Malts
Pale
Crystal
Wheat
Rolled Oats

All australian Hops

Pride of ringwood (or even super pride) for bittering
Summer and Stella for finishing

Light filtering to leave it a touch cloudy.

Sig worthy.

A few different breweries make that style, probably the most common would be weihenstephaner. Supposedly the oldest brewery in the world, they claim they can trace their brewing roots back to when Morgans mate jesus was around in the year 768.

I can say that cos i know morgan doesnt visit this thread.

Highly recommend this one, I loved the hell out of it, even though I was at a hipster spot where they didn't even give me a glass because it's not environmental enough...

...glass can be recycled HIPPIE!

Anyway, buy it. Drink it. Yummor.

I also really like beers that tell you exactly what hops/malt/yeast they've used to create the brew. I think from memory they even had SG and FG on the side? Pretty cool.

So, I guess i've joined the club...Rach went all out (with a bit of help from Brett I suspect...) and got this for my bday yesterday.

Full kegerator with 2 taps frikken everything.
