Oooooooooh Me likey very much Chris. :D No scoop though. :( Imo dont put the BBS's on as like Jason said, theyre dated for the Gen4. Just powdercoat the oem rims gunmetal. Should go good against the white. :D No mods? That single din climate to fit your HU in looks like a mod to me.

Thanks Mark. Yeah, no scoop. I don't need a turbo, just a nice car to cruise around in. Yes, the stereo is a mod, of sorts... Now that I've had a touchscreen gps, DVD player double din whacky doo system, there's no turning back! Stock systems just sound so bad. I was a bit surprised to hear how rubbish the stereo sounded compared to the one I've put in the RX.

Wheels. Just going to leave them as is I think. Nice and silver.

Gunmetal rims FTW.

I agree J, gunmetal does look the goods, but I like the way it looks stock! If I ever want to shake things up a bit, I can always see what it's like with the bbs's on it.

4 in each front door, 2 in each rear and a sub in the back. Sounds pretty neat for a stock system.

My doors dont rattle Walts. :P

Hi, Have to agree the system on the R specs is nice. I haven't felt the need to do anything, but my rear right is starting to scratch a little - fine red dust and full ball 100% of the time don't help. Flog it till it dies, then upgrade. Way more fun. Cheers, Nik

Well, it's official. The RX is with me for one more night. Spent a few hours taking the stereo system out and installing the oem one. Here's a tip for young players, leave the oem wiring in place, including the adapter at the back of the HU. Makes re-installation so much easier. I'll be picking up the gen4 at around 2pm tomorrow!! WooHoo!! I will miss the RX though, she's been grouse.

Are you stalking me?? ;)

I'll be so generic without my black wheels!! Although I haven't seen any other revision E gen4 wagons floating around, so we might be OK.

Got it! It was sad to see the RX being driven away in the rear vision mirror of the new ride, but the Wags is cool. Just need to detail it to my standards and it'll be mint (aside from the scratched front bumper).

Thanks Jason and Arex. Yes, it was like a love story. Although they tried to give it to me without the cargo cover thingummy. I'm wise to their tricks, those tricksy Hobbits.
