If not, I'll see if a mate in Kulnura will lend us his 4-post hoist or mind if we have a bunch of cars turn up. He's on the road to Wollombi pub, so it'd be a good chance for a Putty Rd run, or a Wisemans Ferry Run (for Novocastrians you could come out through Broke Rd)

After that day I was saying sway bars To stop some body roll and better brakes would help me improve times.
The 2nd time I went I installed new brake pads with fresh fluid, and a 3 point harness. Brakes felt much better, and the harness made driving so much easier and funner. I ended up being quicker on the day then matt STI_Lib, that's because I had way my confidence in pushing my car. Although he has brembo's tein coilovers etc...
From what I can tell your bushes are 'ed. So replace them with urethane ones. Take your car to Wakefield (you would have to be one of the closest people on here to Wakefield) and push the car as hard as you can THEN decide what you need/want. You may even be content with what you have.
Screw a tech day to talk about suspension parts. Get a Wakefield day going and experience 1st hand what your car is lacking.

Some people need to learn to understand what the car is doing underneath them.
A day at Wakey with 2 groups would be good. One with instructors, one for the regulars.
Im scared that my motor/box wont last a day at wakefield haha!
Take it easy, take precautions and you'll be fine.

that JDM motor is a weapon man, i ran 18psi all the time on it and you have put a buttload of k's on it and it is still in top nick by the sounds of it.
oil change is the most vital thing you can do for engine safety! and a proper warm-up and cool down lap.
session times are 15min MAX and you can choose to come in earlier if you like also, so its not all about thrash and abusing your car around the track.
before you go to wakefield i suggest go to marulan, it has some freaking sweet corners and top speed i hit with my rex was only just over 140kph. wakefield on the other hand was 180kph!

Otherwise we'll just have to all rock up at Morgan's parent's place again.
I also agree about track AFTER tech - learn how the car works so you have a better understanding of how to drive it.

Also, I can probably offer up my parents shed/skidpan for a tech day, but cant promise any dates for the next few months.
