Make sure you don't mask off the areas you are painting... give the fresh blended effect.

I don't wanna sound like an old fart. But I wouldn't get too carried away. You could actually profit/not lose money on this car!

I'm making it usable and kinda shinny. I'm not going to poor thousands into it, just enough to make it comfortable.

Oh, well the interior trims are sun faded and you can put scratches in them with your finger nails. So its more of a recondition in a better colour :P

Some guy fit a 1.8L BP engine into one of these... Ran 14 second quarters and 220klmh+

Rendog,

If you were smart about this mate, I reckon you could make some coin off this.

Cheers,
Shazza

Are you a certified mechanic to come up with such an assessment?

Have you conducted a full mechanical examination?

Sell it and do conversion to Liberty.
As Tony Montana would say:
In this country, you gotta make the money first.
Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

Thats what the guy who did the roadworthy said.

Sell it and do conversion to Liberty.

A roadworthy isn't a full mechanical assessment.
