How about some pics mate.  Side on, rear etc etc.

Get your shit together.

lol you think I should? it may cost a little more though. haha.

Okay I will post up some pics by next weekend, I have to help a mate do the valve cover gaskets on his Cressida.

I drove the car to work this morning, Its amazing what an extra 3.6PSI feels like. Maybe now it will run a little better on fuel now the engine is back to stock.

Cant seem to paste the links to photos anymore. I thought it was something wrong with home computer but seems that its just this forum as I can paste it elsewhere. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah, It's the browser your using.

At work I'm currently using IE11 and can't paste in the forum but can in chrome.

Not sure if it's an issue in IE10.

Also can paste fine with mac at home.

Yeah we only just went to IE11 at work, and it doesn't work here and at home I have IE11 and doesn't work either. I always forget I have chrome on the home lappy.

I tried that but now I have some other issue. The pictures don't seem to move and don't go away when I goto other sites. It's like the picture is burnt into the screen or something!

So I got stuck into changing my ignition barrel to a 2nd hand unit, as someone tried to steal my car last year and made me look like I was trying to steal my own car everytime I had to start the car. Also changed my clockspring over as mine was broken.

Some random pics of the job.

Wow, they sure did a number on your barrel...

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it. In process of being stripped and sold off.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon. Scrapped.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. Scrapped.

MY13 BRG, current daily, very nice to drive, small mods to make it even nicer again.

Pic was taken just before tighting it all up. I looked it up before doing it, was thinking the whole job would be harder than I thought but was done really quickly.

Have you put any more thought into squeezing some more power out of the engine. Like strapping on one of those intake fans

So I had alot of free time this weekend, I started the hard work of DIY painting my car white as told to do by Boss.

So here it goes, Now remember I was in no way expecting a perfect finish. Just wanted it to not be white, I figured if it turns out really crap I will just spray with satin black or something.

My Simple tools lol

Stared off by masking off all the bits I didn't want to paint lol

That is after about 2 coats of colour.

Here it is with some clear coat

20140201_175524_zpsa5a9cc93.jpg

And sanded back a little as I made some mistakes lol

20140201_175646_zps47cedbe1.jpg20140202_124128_zps88692000.jpg

Just went over it again with some more clear coat, And waiting for it to dry 100% so I can give it a bit of a polish to get the shine out

As you can see its not perfect and has alot of imperfections, but at least it's kinda the right colour hahaha.

Dosn't your supercheap store colour match?

32.99 for a much bigger pressure back tin mixed in store

Good job though! Not easy with a rattle can
