I know this won't be everyone's cup of tea but I'm quite excited for it. I just hope I can score one on the day

Looks tasty Haz. Not a huge Culture Kings fan but a cool watch and good to see Casio supporting the local scene and businesses. I do like a good collaboration.

I've just got the one g-shock at the moment but i'd like to get a new one sometime with different functions (its the Globe United By Fate collab. I'm not a big Globe fan either but i really liked the reversed out red screen).

I've never been a fan of or bought a G-Shock watch, but those two stand out aesthetically.

The Melbourne guys have seen my watch but not sure if i Threw it up on here or not..

I know all too well what it's like to find a watch that doesn't bring attention to my boney Wrists :P

This is what the kids bought me for My Birthday.
With a bit of help of course ;)

It's my Daily..
I know Fossil isn't anything great but still.. for a mechanical it holds up pretty good.. 2 days shelf life

I've had quite a few comments and most are surprised when they see its a Fossil

I'm a big fan of a Mechanical Face with minimal Chronograph Subdials..
I'm looking for something like this next...

Fossil are fine Ty, my fossil digital/analog is still working after being absolutely flogged, like diving, hiking, gym, throwing at floor.

That one is an absolute looker as well.

tidy Ty. personally haven't been the hugest fan of skeleton dials but that has a good balance i think. the blue hands make it IMO. I like.

i bought myself a new watch on Tuesday too :) A mate of mine recently bought a new dive watch and i got super envious but knew some retail therapy would help with that haha. I already have a Tag F1 Grande Date with the brushed bezel which is my current daily but for ages i've wanted an F1 with the titanium bezel in one of the brighter colours like the 80's models. I'd had a half eye out on one of these for a while but couldn't really justify one just for the colour. It's now been discontinued so i have been seeing them popping up on sale around the place lately and ended up getting $450 off of the original RRP so pretty pleased with that. I really wanted it on the black silicone band with the deployment clasp so thinking about swapping that over. It’s $200 just for the rubber strap without the clasp so probably end up leaving as is  :o

Turns out I scored one of the limited edition Culture Kings/G-Shock collabs. Mine is 62/100 world wide. Not a bad watch at all. It's a bit on the big side for my girly wrists and the white on black display is kinda hard to read but everything else is good. The band really stands out on it. Other draw back is you don't get a metal tin like my other g-shock, just a crappy card board box :(

looks ok to me. I've always thought the GLX/GD/GLS Tough Solar bands were to wide/chunky and also a bit plastic personally (but i guess thats the point lol). losts of them with have a soft matte silicone case but have a hard gloss band with doesn't make sense to me. Most of their collabs come in cardboard boxes (which i agree is a bit silly) unless its a global/major partnership like the ones with Todd Jordan, Haze, Cartoon, The Hundreds etc which get the custom tins as well.

Luckily I wore the shit out of them so I am at peace with it to a degree.

Also. I believe one day I'll get a phone call. Tasmanian people are the nicest people in the world.
