It is oright, but I think from memory it was more about making some of the heavier variants less lethargic to drive in V6 form rather than "here is a wickid fast as Posted Image SC V6 Sports Super Car Race Car" But yeah, the weight gained on most of the models this engine was used in basically killed any chance it had of being much faster than the standard V6.

Yeah, old mate from round the way has a VT version, I've only driven it from Cow Brewery to his house like a kilometre away though.

Damn cops still haven't even so much as called us.

Bloody oath, they need to take formal statements. They said they'd call us back within the hour when they left here around 1240pm on Saturday!

Haha! It's odd, I was literally downloading the sales contract on the '86 the day it slipped through my hands, and I've barely thought about it since.

Although I drove a Ford Festiva yesterday morning and I know I couldn't go for a car THAT shit.

Nah, I didn't work yesterday. I have contacts at the local shops, so I'm giving them until lunch time today. But it would be good to know what happened!? You'd think if a pension aged licensee gets bashed by some 25 year old on a known bus, that there'd be a bit more urgency in getting the bloke away from the public!?

Not saying they didn't hop to it once they got here, but if it takes an hour to respond to a triple zero call - what hope have I got in them calling me back at all...?

Yeah that is it Nik, Oh BTW I spoke to my boss about the hold up alarm that was triggered while I was locking up the other night, turns out it happened through the day.. cops took half an hour to call! just to call to see what was going on... THEN no one thought to disarm the alarm... you know, just in case there was a valid hold up that day.... :dash2:

Really makes you realise that the cops are only help AFTER the crime. We're on our own essentially.

Barely, a touch of chicken scratch, no slip - mainly because while they were there someone around the corner called and said they'd just seen them, so they scurried off and said they'll call back in ASAP.

Wy were you driving pizey's fester Nik?

Beer festival.

Yeah, but I don't know what else went on after they left here - could have been an accident on the highway or anything, don't really know.
