Mechanic rebuilds my CVs only to get the car back and the noise is still there.

Turns out it's the wheel bearings.

Good time to be buying second hand, that's for sure.
It hurts to even start thinking like that though :) Especially when you KNOW, over time, you'll spend that extra ten on the 86...
Life is full of the tough decisions ;)

Bash him.

...and this too.

Posted Image'ing power is out again. Been out since before midnight last night. Looking at a fridge full of food spoilage. Better not take much longer or we'll have two freezers worth of spoilage too.

Sig worthy.

Seriously though, isn't diagnosing CV's instead of bearing a bit of a rookie move?

@Pete: I know. I know. I've never even driven a Cayman.

You would think so!

Is it a terrible grinding noise Tim? Perhaps the CV's were also no good and would have needed doing anyways?

Hahaha. It's not like I've ever wanted a P-car or anything............................... seriously though, it would have to be a dealer car with good finance if I tipped over 50K. Mid life crisis continues.

Are you suggesting I pay for beer?! Nonsense.

Western power could be looking at a bill for $600 worth of beef and lamb if what we have in our freezers spoils. This is the fourth power outage this week.

Sig worthy.

yeah that is true Nikko!!

And that wasn't a bag out comment on the BRZ before, just that I personally think the Cayman is leagues above the BRZ in everything.

Are you suggesting I pay for beer?! Nonsense.

Dude, that is worse than some third world countries.... Is it a common occurrence to have black outs in your area?

Josh- I don't know mate. They've been digging around down the bottom if the street where there is a transfer box. I suspect they've Posted Image'ed something up and are struggling to fix it.

Sig worthy.

My advice would be to start making phone calls and taking photos of defrosting food.

They'll refer you to your insurance company anyway.

We went through it so many times before the generator it got ridiculous.

@Yoshi: I know mate, I know. Dad is the driving force really, he said to me, you're young enough to enjoy something like that - go for it.

Cheeky bugger, living vicariously through me!!
