That's not standard issue for us. Standard issue in NSW to my knowledge is black on yellow or black on white. I was considering getting this style:

Just unsure whether the blue would go well with the blue on my wagon. I wanted opinions on the lettering I've used.

I didn't miss an 'r'. If I added it I couldn't put in the 'y' and people would think my name was Garr (pronounced g-ahhh).

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

My bad, just saw the traditional white on black. You're talking about this one right Chamillionaire?

Yeah that's what I'm talking about, but just cop whatever letters fall your way. Might be different in WA, but that's the cheapest way of getting nice slimline plates here.

That pic is the story of my life. Self inflicted as always.

I am thinking, although I'm willing to keep the car for quite some time, I should get a plate that is more universal, no? 88GARY would be the go. But then again, I think that MY06SB is pretty nifty. Then I think, people know what model a car is, there's no need to remind them on your plate.

Meh. *brain fart*

Nik. Here you have to pay a yearly fee for coloured plates, no matter the content.

It used to be free, like my old ones.

Josh. I wanted my name, or my initials. I wouldn't have got anything gay and car related

For that kind of coin I would expect my call to be answered in under 5min.

I understand the costs in inspecting a vehicle and answering phones but it's the stamp duty that pisses me off. Just a bullshit tax. The registration fees are designed to cover TAC and roads.

On the plus side, you got a pretty good deal on the car. What does that make it, like $22k?

Stamp duty is rounded to the next $200.
If you buy a car for $10001 it is calculated at $10200.

$21
Not bad I suppose considering what has been done to it.

I expect it to nosedive in the 2 years, just like the B4's did.
When I was looking for the RX a little over 4 years ago (the car was 6 years old like the 30RB is now), a tidy B4 was similar money.

Look at them now.
