does that connect to the wiring harness? never seem one of them before lol

Yeah, basically all you need to do is splice into the 12v supply thats already there for your head deck, ground the actual aerial booster. Then test it just sitting in behind your dash, if the signal isn't strong enough with it just sitting in there you can run it to your rear de mister and use that as the aerial, because the male lead on the booster is about 3 metres long I think from memory.
