Yes, the very first time I have ever seen that, ever.

I cannot even imagine what a video of that would be like.
I want to be at the snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But Diving and fishing/crabbing this weekend instead.
Bit worried that there won't be any other weekends worth going down for after that (the weather is not looking good for it at all)

Got some maybe good news today. One of the other managers in my area, is leaving to goto a biggeer branch out west.
As a result, his position is going to become available, which is 2 branches.
I believe I am the front runner for this.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

yep, that is what turned me off, this late in the season that is going to be a bit of a killer... not sure that it has much chance of recovering if they do get that much.Yeah they are talking 20-30mm of rain. boo.

I also have some good news. Since ive taken over the managers position (2 months now). We have had in the 1st month 10% increase & a 18% increase in the 2nd month in monthly turnover. Owner is stoked. Hard work is paying off

I know dude... I work hard too... one screen is on SC GT and the other is some mental code I'm working on...
Only problem is what I'm doing is not what I want to be doing... doing more coding and less testing, which is nuts since I'm a test engineer...
Oh well, looking at lead roles now in some larger companies, so see how it goes...
