There are so many extras to pay for. I Think our variation bill is over 30k now...

Thats crazy man... I bought my first home, and then made it an investment after, then moved into it when I got married, and then used the money from the sale of that place to buy my current house... so worked out well, and the new house was a brand new established house.. so that was good... exactly what we wanted too...
