Hi Nik. How would you be my friend?

Thats cool.. I don't follow it anymore... because back in Singapore, all the uncles, cousins and stuff would get together, like 30 or 40 of us, and watch the game... go crazy at each goal... and it was an awesome time...

Its not the same here if I were to watch it alone at home... and Megan isn't too big on sports, most of my friends aren't into soccer here... so meh... just kind of stopped watching... still loved playing it in uni though...  :)

That's awesome. Not many of my mates follow United or the Premier League itself, but they will still watch it with me if they're over and stuff. They follow the Portuguese Primeira Liga, and in that league I support Benfica. I love playing soccer man. The outdoor season has finished, however I'm seriously considering playing 6-a-side. Indoor is ongoing all year round though which is awesome. :P

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

Ahh man.. I played indoor for a bit about 7 years ago... after uni... its quite diff from outdoor isn't it? See, in outdoor, I was always a defender, but in indoor, no such thing... so I don't like it as much... and the court is too small... can't smash the ball at all... LOL!

Next cruise you come to, bring your soccer ball, and we'll get a few guys together for a game.. :)

It is quite a bit different, but you definitely have the ability to smash the ball man! Indoor is all about quick passing, a shot, and that's it. There's not as much mucking around or individual talent involved, unless you're some mad Brazilian player from the Favelas. I'm a striker/midfielder myself, but can adapt to any position really, even goalkeeper.

Definitely man! We'll get a game happening for the BBQ meet once MDSC has passed.

I'll be down for that. I help coach my son's team and love to put boot to ball. Just can't stand watching games unless i'm there with beer in hand.

Coaching makes me feel a bit like this though......

Haha... I don't remember being able to smash the ball when I played indoor, but blah... that could just be me... I'm not much of a ball hog or anything, no mad skills here, but I can run someone down quite well, so thats a plus for me... LOL!

Next BBQ meet... for sure.. mini soccer game will be tops! I think Aek said something about a SC camping trip in wisemen's ferry? Lol!

Sound great man... beer does help the game for sure... HAHA!

I wouldn't want to go up against the boss, trying to steal the ball from you.... I'd die.. LOL!

need 8 more... I'm sure we can find some...

Not sure if I'd be keen for camping, but when the details are out I'll see how I feel about it. :P

For sure you can smash the ball in indoor man, you just can't take too long and one-two passes will grant you the time to get a decent shot in. It also depends on how well the other players in your team are, and whether they can read where you're going to properly place the ball for you.

Ahhh well that was another reason... the team I was on, sucked... there was one douchebag in there... total maverick... lone wolf type... hated him so much...

You should like camping man... you get to sleep in the back of your wagon... LOL! I don't know how I'd survive, but we'll see if anything eventuates.. if nothing happens with Aek there, then we may have to organise a BBQ cruise on our own :)

I've been camping a few times in my life, and the most recent two times were with my girlfriend and her family in Scone and Singleton. Went there on a waterskiing trip. It was good and I enjoyed myself, not doubting that for a second. I'm just not bothered for it at the moment, ha ha. My girlfriend really likes it though!

I have no idea how Gary!

Have no idea on what man?

Yo Gaz, I support Manchester too... almost everyone from Singapore does... a small minority support Liverpool or Chelsea... and thats about it

This pretty much sums up everyone in the world outside of england. With the odd Real Madrid shoved in there.
My wifes home town is about 15 miles from Stoke, so it was the local team to support when i was living there. It shits me that you only ever here about Man U, liverpool, chelsea, arsenal and now man city. Theres 21 teams playing premier league each season.

Sig worthy.

Very true man, except I tend to hear more about FC Barcelona than Real Madrid. I just can't stand people that just join bandwagons on whoever is winning, after hearing about how awesome the team they actually supported halfway through the season was amazing until they had a major blow in points at the end. Ha ha.

I cope so much shit from my mates about supporting Benfica. ALL of them apart from ONE support FC Porto, ha ha. Anyone that watches the Portuguese league go for one of the big three; Benfica, FC Porto or Sporting.

Some words to motivate some people:
