It is definitely one of the best perks of owning a wagon Mark. There is just that many more perks compared to a sedan. I've been converted 100%. I won't say that I will never go back to a sedan, but the wagon is just way too practical.

Ha ha ha, fair enough. United haven't always had a great run like they have this time round (20 so far). They're an awesome team and I've supported them since I was young, even though my favourite player used to be Michael Owen (who would've been playing for Liverpool back in the day).

Michael Owen was a fantastic striker back in the liverpool days. He's been with Stoke for a couple of seasons, but only aus off the bench and very rarely even that. I played soccer when i was a kid. But there was fork all coverage of div 1 as it was back then. When i first got into prem league( before i went to england) i used to follow Leeds. Back when Harry Kewell, and mark viduka were there. Also Alan Smith. Leeds used to send talent scouts down to australia a lot back then. There was a connection.

Sig worthy.

Get bent.

Not enough interest to start a new topic on it, otherwise I would.

How are things Nikosaurus?

Oh yeah! I did like Leeds as well man. I have a mate now who supports them religiously. Ha ha, those were the days of Kewell and Viduka. I've been playing soccer all my life, as long as I can remember to be honest. Having wog parents may have contributed, but they never forced me to it which I see sometimes when watching my brothers play.

It's so good to have someone on the forum having such a high interest in the game. ;)

Go Everton!

Ha ha. Your manager came to United. And he's not making a good impression on me at the moment. :P

i know a wrx wagon wont be as big as a liberty wagon, but its better than nothing

Of course man. And you'll definitely notice the difference in practicality.

I RECKON! HOLY SHIT! Bale compared to many other players? I would've thought someone like the recently transferred Falcao, Kaka (even though he moved on free transfer), Özil, etc, would've attracted a higher price than he did! I don't rate Bale anywhere near as much as what he is portrayed by in the media.

So long as Ronaldo stays on top as the highest transfer I'm happy, ha ha.

Even I have been tempted from time to time about having a wagon... more room, can carry more stuff... but Megan isn't a fan... she thinks they are too big, plus with her driving, she wanted a smaller car and a wagon would probably be too big for her to park, but if she wasn't driving, a wagon would have been good, since can fit all the baby stuff in without a problem, and other stuff ontop of that

That's where it'll be the most expensive :P

Google usually has em the cheapest, $400 for the nexus 4 when it was $500+ in shops, says a $269 USD price on google play over there.

Yeah 10th Sept - same price as in bricks and mortar stores. plus Google's $19 shipping fee from HK.

Makes sense, once they add on GST and convert from USD it's about $324 AUD without shipping  :o

Hell yeah. And the reason he gave for moving was pretty serious. It just seemed like Real Madrid didn't really give a shit about him... I support his move, even if it is to Arsenal. :P

I just really dislike how Moyes has handled the transfer window... He could've had so many awesome players sign up to United. He just took way too long and offered silly amounts that now we just have to settle with what we have and who we actually purchased to get us through the season. I hope he can pull it off.

You get used to it. And quite quickly as well man. My wagon is second-nature to me now in all aspects.

Is a gen3 wagon any bigger than a B4? Wheelbase, width etc?

I got kind of annoyed with Australia, for jumping on the soccer bandwagon after the world cup they qualified for. Before that, they were like "Soccer isn't a real sport"...

Thats cool man... maybe after a few years of Megan driving the B4, she might get used to driving enough to want a bigger car

I think it would be longer at least... wouldn't it?

Not necessarily man... It's been quite large in its own respect if you're in the sport. The A-League first boosted it, and our appearance and progress in the World Cup took it even higher. I'm in support of any sport to grow, even if it isn't one I particularly follow. I love sport. Football is just really high up there for me.

And all the perks that come along with making the appearances, signing over international stars, etc, will just lead it onto bigger and better things. The main reason why Australia got a big hit was because everyone in the world thought we were just there by luck, the underdogs that would not perform. Then we just got forked on and robbed by the bloody Italians.

I disagree. I think theres always been plenty of keen supporters. The world cup qualifiers just got the profile lifted. I think its been amazing for the sport in australia. We're starting to get quality players from all ober the world come and play in A league. Admittedly they are usually at the end of their careers. But still.
There was a rumour goig around that Owen might leave Stoke to play for Perth Glory. He turned it down though.

Sig worthy.

May be so, but they could make a fool out of any A-League "star". :P

Only sport I was ever truly passionate about was soccer... probably because I grew up playing it... with a ball... and someone's shoes being the corners of the goalposts... those were the days... coming back from recess and lunch sweating like crazy and having all the girls stay away from you because you were drenched.. LOL!

Anyway, I also don't like what happened when Australia lost to Italy 2 cups ago...

Robbed by utter dickheads that claim to be one of the best teams in the world. Rubbish.

I did the exact same thing! Ha ha! Definitely having some nostalgia at the moment.

Funnily enough I used to play cricket, volleyball, basketball and touch back in the day. And I was in the school swim squad and represented NSW in national competitions in swimming. My parents still can't get over me giving up the sport. They seriously think I could've made it into the Olympics... I never pursued it. What a massive mistake.
